Our evaluation methodology is compliant with the ROAMEF principles set out in HM Treasury's 'Green Book':
  • Rationale - is the need clearly identified and is the intervention worth the expense?
  • Objectives - what are the desired outcomes and objectives, and what are the options for achieving them?
  • Appraisal - analysis of options in order to identify which is the most appropriate
  • Monitoring - performance monitoring of project delivery to help keep it on track
  • Evaluation - what has the project achieved, how can the lessons be learned, communicated and applied in future?
  • Feedback - presentation of the conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders
With vast evaluation experience we have developed a range of tools and techniques to support end-of-project evaluation, or we can establish a monitoring framework at the start of project delivery in order to support continuous improvement in addition to a formal evaluation.
