Private 2 Public Ltd (P2P) is a consultancy with a difference. We operate as a Programme Resource Team, working closely with our clients, extending the capacity of their team, while offering a range of independent advice and support services to assist their project or programme. Formed in 1998, P2P is based in Birmingham (UK) and works extensively across the Midlands.

We specialise in providing a full range of project management services to public sector-led programmes, including strategic planning, funding, financial planning, contract administration, operational support and monitoring and evaluation. Our work covers major projects in regeneration, business development and service delivery.

We pride ourselves in establishing long-term relationships with our clients, acting as both a member of the team and a ‘critical friend’.
