Key Personnel

Pat Laughlin is a biochemist and information scientist. Before entering consultancy she had 15 years experience at senior management level in industry (Toyota UK and the BBC) and the public sector (Regional Development Agency). Her focus has been on strategic planning, policy determination, contract management and project delivery. As a consultant, she specialises in strategic development, project planning and funding, and project monitoring and evaluation.

Lead areas – screen media and sustainable development, project visioning and development, research, evaluation, facilitation, funding, tenders and contract administration.

Jon East has 14 years experience innovating and delivering business propositions in the ICT and New Media sectors. In 1994 he co-founded one of the first dedicated web design companies in Europe which won several awards for it’s high-profile sites. In P2P he has advised over 100 businesses and projects on strategies and delivery models for successful exploitation of ICT.

Lead areas - project and financial planning, development, management and monitoring.
